In accordance with the residential Tenancies Act (1986) I hereby give at least 21 days notice to vacate the property shown above. I understand that I am liable for rent for the 21 days from the date you receive this notice. I understand that should the property be re-let prior to the requested 21 days then I will only be asked to pay rent to the commencement date of the new tenancy
